Purposes, Lawful Basis and Retention
Application Form to Work as an Orientation Guide
Purpose: To respond to your request and manage your application as an orientation guide; to assess academic profile, personality and motivations.
Lawful basis: Your consent when submitting your application and completing the form.
Retention: For the duration of the selection process and for 1 year thereafter for future processes. If selected, for as long as the relationship with the student (orientation guide) continues.
Form for Families/Individuals We Have Never Visited (First-Time Registration)
Purpose: To manage your request and the home visit.
Lawful basis: Your consent when registering via our form.
Retention: For as long as the visit is managed and, where applicable, throughout the selection of host families.
Accommodation Form (Renewal)
Purpose: To manage your renewal as a student host family.
Lawful basis: Your consent when requesting renewal and the performance of a contract/agreement.
Retention: For the duration of the student’s stay and for as long as the relationship with the host family continues.
Summer Application
Purpose: To manage your application as a student host family.
Lawful basis: Your consent when applying and the performance of a contract/agreement.
Retention: For the duration of the student’s stay and for as long as the relationship with the host family continues.
Request to Host an Intern
Purpose: To process the collaboration request and, where applicable, to manage and perform the internship agreement.
Lawful basis: Your consent when requesting to host our interns and, where applicable, the performance of the agreement.
Retention: While the request is processed and, where applicable, for the duration of the agreement.
Emails Sent to Our Addresses
Purpose: To respond to information requests and handle queries or issues.
Lawful basis: Your consent when contacting us by email.
Retention: Until your request is answered, unless it generates a new processing activity.
Requirement to Provide Data
Providing personal data requires a minimum age of 14 years or sufficient legal capacity to contract. The data requested are necessary to process your requests and/or provide services; if you do not provide them, we may be unable to respond properly or deliver the requested service.
Recipients
Your data are confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so.

You may withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent; withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing or the execution of an existing contract. You may also:
